FOCUSED SCOPE

BROADER SCOPE

Growth Major

Coordinate content, visibility, follow-up and selected campaigns.

The detail below describes the Major scope. The comparison above defines the focused Minor option; your Order confirms the selected work.

MAJOR SCOPE DETAILS

Useful marketing work.
One accountable plan.

Both options include the same local visibility, review, content and follow-up foundations. The paid advertising scope depends on your selected channel option.

Local search baseline

Review your Google Business Profile and search foundations, with one service/FAQ refresh each month and its associated search checks.

Appropriate review requests

Use verified completed-job records and permitted contact channels. Ask for honest reviews without incentives or screening out unhappy customers.

One follow-up workflow

One agreed audience and up to three steps, including estimate follow-up where selected, with a reply owner and stopping rules.

Organic content

Social Minor includes eight original static posts and human posting. Growth upgrades preserve that allowance unless a signed substitution is agreed; final Growth scope and quantities are confirmed before work.

Agreed ad management

Choose the one- or two-channel option below. Campaign capacity, audiences, assets and media-budget treatment are defined before launch.

Pacing and review

Weekly pacing checks and a monthly results review. We distinguish marketing activity, inquiries and verified business outcomes.

Choose the channel for the agreed offer, audience and destination.

  • One campaign type.
  • Two ad sets or ad groups.
  • Up to four live ad versions from two original concepts each month, plus adaptations.
  • Weekly pacing and a monthly results review.
TWO AD CHANNELS · COMBINED GROWTH

Meta and Google Search

Coordinate both channels within one agreed media and campaign plan.

  • Four paid image ads each month.
  • Two short edits each month from client-supplied footage.
  • One combined paid-creative revision.
  • Total campaign capacity agreed across both channels.

Replaces one-channel paid delivery. Quantities are not automatically doubled.

Media budget, payment responsibility and management scope are agreed before launch. No prices or performance guarantees are implied.

PROCESS EXAMPLES

SEE THE WORK IN CONTEXT

Pinehaven’s separate Heating Readiness funnel demonstrates a request destination. Test requests show capture, supplied tracking information and team follow-up. They do not establish ad delivery, search rankings, leads or revenue.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Straight answers
to useful questions.

What changes when we choose both ad channels?

Combined Growth coordinates Meta AND Google Search within one plan. It replaces the one-channel advertising delivery; the one-channel quantities are not automatically doubled.

Do I need a new website first?

No, if your existing destination meets the campaign requirements. Page builds are scoped separately when needed.

How is the advertising budget handled?

Management work and the media budget are different parts of the plan. We agree the budget, who pays it and the account arrangement before launch.

Will you message all of our old contacts?

No. Follow-up uses the agreed eligible audience and permitted channels, with reply ownership and stopping rules. A reactivation campaign needs its own defined scope.

Can you guarantee leads or a search position?

No. We report the work performed and the outcomes the available data supports. Search placement, ad performance and revenue are not guaranteed.
