What this site does

Static pages, optional contact, voice and recruiting tools, and email links.

This website is a set of static pages. Optional features involve information you choose to provide: the contact box on the home and callback-request pages, browser voice on the voice page, the recruiting application form on the careers page, and ordinary email links that open your own email application. Informational tabs, scripted call examples, and scroll animations do not ask you to submit information. Ordinary hosting and request data is described below.

The site’s own code does not include:

• analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tags;
• cookies intentionally set by the site’s own code;
• calendars or scheduling tools. The recruiting form’s email delivery is described below.

The contact box and browser voice are loaded from their provider and run under that provider’s terms. The provider may set cookies or collect technical data as described in its own policies; see the next section.

The contact box

What the contact box asks for, and who processes it.

The contact box on the home page is provided by LeadConnector, part of HighLevel, a third-party messaging service. It asks for your name, your phone number, and a message, and offers two separate, optional text-message choices, each unchecked by default. The consent wording, rate and frequency notices, HELP and STOP instructions, and policy links shown inside the box are generated by that provider and describe the provider’s handling of what you enter.

Anything you type into the box is processed by that provider, not by this website’s own code, and is intended to reach AI Front Desk Partners LLC for the purpose of discussing the services described on this site. The provider’s own policies describe how it stores and handles what you enter. Using the box is optional; email is always available instead.

The policies linked inside the box are the provider’s. This notice and our Terms are AI Front Desk Partners’ own pages and describe our practices, not the provider’s.

Recruiting

Recruiting applications and résumés.

The careers page asks for your selected role, name, email, optional phone number, city and country, time zone, relevant experience, résumé, and acknowledgment of commission-only compensation. Sending the form asks Mark Chandler to review your application; it is not consent to marketing messages.

Our Cloudflare intake handler validates the request and sends the application details and résumé as an email attachment to Mark’s verified Gmail inbox. The destination is fixed to Mark. Applications and résumé files are not published as website assets or added to the shared staff portal or customer CRM by this handler. Cloudflare and the email providers process the information to deliver and store that email under their own policies.

Applications are kept in Mark’s recruiting email for this hiring process. To ask about access to your application information or request deletion, contact [email protected]. Please leave out government identification documents, passwords, payment details and unrelated sensitive information.

The handler keeps short-lived admission counters and delivery references to limit abuse and prevent duplicates. Those records do not contain your application text or résumé. The form also keeps a submission reference and delivery state in your browser’s session storage; it does not save your completed fields or résumé there. Ordinary hosting and request data is described below.

The AI recruiting interview line is not live. Submitting the application does not start an interview, book an appointment or confirm advancement. A person makes advancement decisions.

Browser voice

What the optional AI receptionist processes.

The voice page includes an optional AI receptionist provided by LeadConnector, part of HighLevel. If you choose to begin, the provider uses your browser microphone and processes live audio to provide the AI conversation. The conversation does not start automatically.

HighLevel states that Voice AI calls made using chat widgets cannot be recorded. Our agent has contact notes and post-call email notifications enabled, with notifications directed to all administrators on our HighLevel account. Information from your conversation may be saved in contact notes and included in those emails for our team to review. The absence of a call recording does not mean no conversation information is retained. The provider may also process technical and conversation data under its own policies.

Using browser voice is optional. You can call 713-726-2890 or email [email protected] instead. Do not share passwords, payment details, health information, government identifiers, or anyone else’s private information.

Text messages

Two separate, optional choices.

The contact box offers two separate text-message choices. One covers messages about appointments and requests you send us. The other covers recurring marketing messages about services and offers. Each is its own checkbox, each is unchecked by default, and neither is required to request a review or to work with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can text HELP for assistance or reply STOP to opt out. Support is also available by email at [email protected].

We do not treat any of the following as consent to receive text messages: entering a phone number, using the contact box or sending an email, agreeing to receive email, booking or attending a meeting, replying to a message, or a tag or field in a contact record. Consent to text messages comes only from you, directly, through the specific box you check in the contact box.

A checked box is your choice and nothing more. It does not by itself mean that any text message will be sent, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Hosting

Ordinary hosting and request data.

Like any website, these pages are delivered by a hosting provider. That provider may process ordinary request and log data, such as the address your device connects from, the pages requested, the time of the request, and basic browser information, under its own terms. We do not claim that no data is collected or stored anywhere.

If you email us

The email link opens your own email service.

Email links on this site are ordinary email links. Clicking one opens a draft in your own email application or service. You decide whether to send the message, and your email provider handles it under that provider’s own terms, outside this site.

Email sent to [email protected] is handled as ordinary business email. Any information you choose to include in an email is used only to discuss the services described on this site and to respond to your request. Please send only the business contact details and context needed for that conversation.

Do not send sensitive information by email or in the contact box—for example payment card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, account credentials, health information, or anyone else’s personal details.

Data security

How we handle the information you send us

We limit business use of and access to the information you submit to authorized people and the service providers who help us handle inquiries and support. This website uses HTTPS. Messages sent through the contact box are processed by LeadConnector (HighLevel), and email is delivered and stored by the email providers we use under their own policies.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, government identifiers, or health details, through the contact box or by email.
